Joni’s “intersection” with God in disability

  is a story of triumph.  Her ministry is worldwide.  She has experienced depression, pain, limitations, and anger.  But because of her faith and receiving “healing” she’s able to minister to people with disabilities.  Her “healing” was not for her body, but for her “intersection” with God.  In bitterness she literally cried out to God and He gave her this marvelous ministry with her limitations; doing more than most people with severe limitations would just cop out of life.

My favorite metaphor for God is the He's in a balloon looking down on a parade.  As the parade marches by we see it in time and only one float or band at a time.  Looking ahead on the route God can alter the landscape for groups to yet pass by.
